If the product you received does not meet your expectations, at Fluorescence you have an exchange period of 10 calendar days from when you receive your product, this is valid for purchases in our online store.
Change Requirements:
- The product must be unused.
- The product must be with its respective label.
- Present proof of purchase or Ticket.
You can exchange it for any other product that is in Stock and may be of equal or greater value. In this case, you will pay the difference, since no money refund will be made.
To make the change, first contact us to ensure the availability of the product you want and wait for our confirmation, then go with the product and your proof of purchase to the branch that we will indicate to you via email.
